Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are an agreement between 'you' the customer and 'us' Personal Gifts to you.
Placing an order:
When placing an order with us you are in an agreement to buy these items, once we have received and processed your order you will receive an email from us confirming this.
Personal Gifts to You has the right to decline an orders.
When placing an order on this website it is your responsibility to ensure that all details you provide for the purpose of ordering goods are correct.
Here at Personal Gifts to you we try to ensure that the information available on the website is accurate and up to date. however we can not guarantee that this will be correct and fault free.
This web site is to be used for personal and non-commercial use only. under no circumstances must you modify, copy, distribute, display, reproduce, publish, or transfer information found on this web site. Printing out, downloading images and pages to a personal computer for viewing purposes for your own personal use is allowed.
Non faulty goods/unwanted goods
If you have changed your mind on an item you have 7 days to return the item back to us within in its original packaging, in a resalable condition (unused and unopened), at your own expense. Please note that if security seals are broken or if blister packaging has been opened then the product is not in its original condition and we reserve the right to refuse this.

All items returned to us, will remain your responsibility until they have reached us, therefore we recommend you send them back on a signed for service.
If an item you have received is faulty you have 30days in which to return the item to us, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or 01706 759325 items which have been damaged in transit or which have damaged packaging must be reported within 24hours or receipt of goods via telephone and 48hours via email.
Any Faulty goods returned to us where we have asked you to return the goods for us, we will happily reimburse you for this, we would recommend you use Royal Mail recorded delivery. we regret that we will not be able to reimburse you for costs over £10 for goods which you have decided to send via special delivery or courier which we deem not necessary.
If the deadline for reporting a damaged or faulty item is not met, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to offer you a refund or replacement for the goods.
We will not confirm that we have received your goods, but aim to process the refund with 14 days of receipt of the goods, replacements will be sent out within 3-5 days of receiving the faulty item should you want a replacement.
